Writing a Screen play

Impressed by Diablo Cody, do I have what it takes to write my own screenplay?   I guess time will tell.

Julie and Julia

Its amazing how much this Julie and Julia movie makes me want to send out a blog.  It happens virtually every time I see the movie.

For the Heck of it.

My going to the gym every Saturday has quite the streak going. Its been literally every week since July 4.  Thats a good solid 10 weeks or so.  Its now a ritual. 

Its been a long time

Julie and Julia the movie was the inspiration for this blog. Its been over a year now, and this is the first entry in a long time.  I saw the movie the Social Network today, it was good and I greatly admire the writing and acting.  I am also amazed at how facebook was created

Learning physics on Youtube. This time around its very interesting. The instructor actually can teach. What a concept.

Favorite All Time Movie

Saving Private Ryan.. (1998).

This should be everyones favorite movie. Its the first time war was shown in its real form in all its incredible horror.

Unfortunately it did not win the best picture. The picture to win that year was the stupid "Shakespear in Love". Tom Hanks did also not win best actor. The actor who was the star of Life is beautiful (Roberto Benigni) won instead. How ridiculous.

Steven Speilberg did win for best director.
